Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hygiene products (unless unopened and unused)

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting our support team.
If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at customer@gle-store.com  with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

If approved, we will send return instructions and authorization details.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
    In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received, we will inspect it within 7 business days.

  • If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banks and card providers may require additional time to post the refund.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping for eligible exchanges.

If you ordered the wrong size, please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged / Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll provide a replacement or full refund.

Lost Packages

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
