Shipping Destinations

We currently ship internationally to multiple countries and regions.
If your country is not available at checkout, it means delivery is not supported for that location at the moment.

We may expand our shipping coverage in the future.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed before 22:00 (CET / Amsterdam time) are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.

  • We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.


Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, orders typically arrive within 4–8 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.


Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • FedEx

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.


Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

  • the item

  • the packaging

  • the shipping label (if possible)

Lost Orders

If your order appears lost or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we’ll assist you immediately.
